Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Growvior Software Private Limited for using Growvior Studio.
Last updated 7 August 2026
01Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and Growvior Software Private Limited (“Growvior”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Growvior Studio (the “Service”), you accept them. If you're using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.
- Give accurate information and verify your email address — accounts stay locked until verified.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person per account. Do not share logins; invite collaborators to a workspace instead.
- Tell us promptly at enquiry@growvior.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Plans, credits and payment
- Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Work is metered in credits. Credits are allocated per billing period, reset at the start of each month, and do not roll over.
- Plan limits — such as concurrent workspaces and deployments — are enforced by the Service.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
- All payments are final. Once a subscription fee or credit purchase is paid it is non-refundable — including for partial or unused billing periods, plan downgrades, and unused credits — except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Taxes are added where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider, not by us directly.
You can see exactly what you have spent, and on what, in Settings → Usage.
04Who owns what
You own your content. That means the descriptions and prompts you write, the data you upload, and the application code generated for you. We claim no ownership of the apps you build, and you are free to export them and take them elsewhere.
You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content strictly to operate the Service for you — for example, running your workspace, sending prompts to our AI provider, and publishing a deploy you requested. That licence ends when you delete the content.
We own the Service. Growvior Studio itself — the platform, the agent, the interface, our branding — remains ours. These terms grant you the right to use it, not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
05AI-generated output — read this one
The Service generates code and content automatically. We check that generated pages render before finishing a build, but that is not a substitute for your own review.
- Generated output may contain errors, security weaknesses, or logic that does not match what you intended.
- You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you deploy or put in front of real users, especially where money, personal data or safety is involved.
- Similar prompts can produce similar output for different users. We cannot guarantee output is unique, nor that it does not resemble existing material.
- Nothing generated is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or build anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- create or distribute malware, phishing pages, spam tooling, or content designed to deceive;
- host sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or hatred;
- attack, probe or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to reach another customer's workspace or data;
- mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated background compute, or resell our compute as your own product;
- work around plan limits, credit metering, rate limits, or the badge requirement on free plans.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe this section has been broken.
07Apps you publish
When you deploy an app, you are its operator — not us. You are responsible for what it does, for its own terms and privacy notice, for any personal data it collects from your users, and for complying with the law wherever those users are.
08Availability, previews and beta features
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Idle workspaces are put to sleep, and after long inactivity may be reclaimed according to your plan.
Anything labelled beta, experimental or Labs is provided as-is, may change or disappear without notice, and should not be relied on for critical work.
09Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that has unpaid fees, or where we are required to by law — giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that generated output will meet your requirements.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid us nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Growvior against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, the apps you publish, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, though either party may seek urgent injunctive relief elsewhere. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster by email than by lawyers.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
