Editing and the live preview
Change things by chatting, or edit the code directly — both work.
There are two ways to change your app, and you can mix them freely:
- Chat — tell the agent what to change ("make the hero darker", "add a contact form"). It edits the right files and the preview refreshes.
- Direct edits — open any file in the editor and change it yourself. The agent picks up from the new state.
Select an element in the preview to point the agent straight at it, so "change this" targets exactly what you clicked.
Made a change you regret? Use a checkpoint to roll the workspace back — a backup of the current files is taken first, so you can undo the undo.
