Team & company domains
On Team, set a company email domain so outside invites are flagged.
Team accounts can declare a company email domain. Invites to addresses on that domain are treated as first-class team members; invites to any other domain are flagged as external — visible when you invite them and in the member list.
You can also switch to block mode, which refuses off-domain invites entirely, so a workspace can only ever be shared within your company.
This makes team access behave like a company product instead of open link-sharing — you always know who is inside and whether they're staff.
